Acquisition expands Dana’s offerings, optimizes manufacturing presence in key growth markets
Today, Dana acquired the Drive Systems segment of the Oerlikon Group, including the Graziano and Fairfield brands. The expertise and market position of the Drive Systems segment further solidifies us as the only supplier with full e-propulsion design, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities.
